JKX Oil & Gas Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and JV PPC would like to inform all stakeholders that the recently published information in the media concerning alleged changes in the list of individuals who are the ultimate beneficial owners of the Company is not true.
JKX Oil & Gas Limited was re-registered from a public ownership structure to a private one in January 2022. In accordance with the requirements of current UK legislation, the Company was obliged to update information regarding its largest shareholders. This update did not result in any changes to the Company’s largest shareholders or their stakes in the Company.
